Me and my squad had a blast exploring the nearby city of Bergamo and checking out the sick mountain view from our balcony. The hotel's clean and modern rooms were just what we needed after a long day of partying. Plus, the breakfast was on point and set us up for a day full of adventures!

The only thing that could have made our stay even more lit would be if the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or lounge where us young party-goers could chill and have a dope time. It would have been the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the night vibes.

The room was spacious

We were traveling across France and stayed at the One Hotel for location and a luxury hotel, we arrived on Sunday evening to be told their was no facilities open at the hotel on a Sunday evening which included the bar! We were informed of a vending machine in the basement with cold beer, crisps and peanuts. On leaving the hotel for the surrounding area there was no where to purchase food. If I had been pre-warned the all facilities were unavailable on a Sunday evening I would not have booked this hotel.

Incredible Buffet Breakfast: The breakfast at this hotel was a feast fit for a king! From the piping hot drinks to the buttery croissants, it was a delicious start to the day.

The room at One Hotel & Restaurant was perfect for me. It had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. With the air conditioning, I stayed cool even during the hot days. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, allowing me to catch up on my favorite shows. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer, which made my stay even more convenient. I felt comfortable and well-taken care of in this room.

I personally didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the room. It felt a bit too quiet for my taste, as I prefer a bit of background noise.

Strange atmosfhere and design.Looks like motel and not hotel.

A roundtrip airport shuttle, a coffee shop, and a garden were just a few of the amenities provided at this hotel. I especially enjoyed the free WiFi and the breakfast with hot and cold drinks and croissants.

Towels are overrated anyway, who needs two?

As a four star hotel, it is a bit surprising that there is no water kettle and sauna facility in hotel.

Convenient airport location, stylish interior, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the modern and clean room as well as the lovely mountain views from the balcony. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise with delicious food and a late closing time, perfect for a late arrival at the airport. The hotel kindly provided me toothpaste upon request.

Very pleasant surprise to find such a stylish little hotel with good restaurant so close to Bergamo Airport. Highly recommended for anybody flying in to Bergamo with a late arrival as the restaurant is open until 10.30pm.

Location on edge of town in industrial area. But it is close to the motorway and very convenient for an overnight stop.

I chose One Hotel & Restaurant because its location was perfect for visiting the Santuario della Madonna della Scopa. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent dry cleaning/laundry services offered by the hotel. It was convenient to have this option available during my stay.

Extra charge for family bed, room smelled of smoke, and shower not properly cleaned

The hotel is well located, easy to reach, with a nice and modern interior. The room had a huge comfortable bed and the staff was very nice and helpful. Free parking was a bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel near the airport. The location is very convenient, as it is just a short distance from the airport. The receptionist was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me with any issues I had. The room itself was impressive, with a large double bed that easily accommodated two adults and a child. The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free parking provided. my stay here was comfortable and enjoyable.
